JCRC Yes on Prop 1 campaign endorsement

The San Francisco Black & Jewish Unity Coalition has endorsed the Jewish Community Relations Council's ("JCRC") Protect Abortion Rights: Yes on Prop 1 campaign.

In the words of the JCRC: "JCRC's campaign is not only about reproductive rights, but also religious freedom. As a minority faith group, Jewish Americans must stand for religious freedom to ensure our laws do not favor one religious belief over another. Prop 1 will make Californians more secure, set an example for other states, and send a message to people in need of abortion services that they are welcome in the Golden State."
